TrendTopic — automated blog content for Wix and WordPress, by Nora Coaching
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TrendTopic ("App"), available as a Wix App Market application ("TrendTopic Human SEO Blog Auto") and as a WordPress plugin ("TrendTopic"), both developed and operated by Nora Coaching ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, on either platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By installing the App — through the Wix App Market or by installing and activating the WordPress plugin — or otherwise accessing its features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you access the App through the Wix App Market, these Terms apply in addition to the Wix Terms of Use, which also governs your use of the Wix platform. If you access the App through the WordPress plugin, these Terms apply in addition to wordpress.org's own terms for the WordPress software and plugin directory.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
TrendTopic is a multi-tenant SaaS application that automatically generates SEO-optimized blog posts for websites built on Wix or WordPress. The App uses artificial intelligence, including Claude AI for content generation and Undetectable.ai for content humanization, to produce blog articles. Featured images include royalty-free stock photos from Pexels, Pixabay, and Unsplash on all plans, with optional Premium AI-generated images available on paid plans (Wix App Market version; see Section 4).

Access to the App requires either a valid Wix account (Wix App Market version) or a WordPress site with the plugin installed and activated (WordPress version). You are responsible for:

WordPress version: currently operates on the Free plan only (2 blog posts per month, 1 language). Paid subscription tiers for the WordPress version are not yet available; no billing is currently involved in using the WordPress plugin. This will be updated here if and when paid tiers are introduced for WordPress.
Wix App Market version offers the following subscription tiers:

All paid subscriptions are billed and processed through Wix. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis. Unused posts do not roll over to the following month.
Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled in accordance with Wix's billing policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Wix dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Ownership. You retain ownership of all blog content generated by the App on your behalf. Once content is generated and delivered to your Wix site, it is yours to use, modify, and distribute as you see fit.
No Guarantees. While the App strives to produce high-quality, original content, we do not guarantee that generated text will be entirely unique, free of factual errors, or free from similarity to existing published material. It is your responsibility to review, edit, and verify all content before publishing.
Images. Stock featured images are sourced from Pexels, Pixabay, and Unsplash under their respective free-use licenses. Premium AI-generated images are created using third-party AI services. You are responsible for complying with the attribution requirements, if any, of stock image platforms.
Content produced by the App is generated using artificial intelligence and automated processes. You acknowledge and agree that:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these acceptable use provisions.
The App, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of Nora Coaching. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the App itself beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and your active subscription plan.
All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed within the App are the property of their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Wix site, or by deactivating the plugin on your WordPress site. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Content previously generated and published to your Wix or WordPress blog will remain on your site unless you choose to remove it. Deactivating the WordPress plugin automatically revokes the Application Password it created for publishing (see Privacy Policy, Section 2). Any outstanding subscription fees for the Wix App Market version remain due in accordance with Wix's billing policies.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
