Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrendTopic Human SEO Blog Auto application ("App"), a Wix marketplace application developed and operated by Nora Coaching ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the App through the Wix App Market or otherwise accessing its features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply in addition to the Wix Terms of Use, which also govern your use of the Wix platform.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Service Description

TrendTopic Human SEO Blog Auto is a multi-tenant SaaS application that automatically generates SEO-optimized blog posts for websites built on Wix. The App uses artificial intelligence, including Claude AI for content generation and Undetectable.ai for content humanization, to produce blog articles. Featured images include royalty-free stock photos from Pexels, Pixabay, and Unsplash on all plans, with optional Premium AI-generated images available on Starter and Pro plans.

Core capabilities include:

• AI-powered blog post generation with SEO optimization
• Automated content humanization to produce natural-sounding text
• Royalty-free stock images on all plans, with optional Premium AI-generated images
• Direct publishing to your Wix blog

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Access to the App requires a valid Wix account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Wix account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing
• Ensuring that content published through the App complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Providing accurate information when configuring the App

You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

The App offers the following subscription tiers:

All paid subscriptions are billed and processed through Wix. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis. Unused posts do not roll over to the following month.

Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled in accordance with Wix's billing policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Wix dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Content Generation and Ownership

Ownership. You retain ownership of all blog content generated by the App on your behalf. Once content is generated and delivered to your Wix site, it is yours to use, modify, and distribute as you see fit.

No Guarantees. While the App strives to produce high-quality, original content, we do not guarantee that generated text will be entirely unique, free of factual errors, or free from similarity to existing published material. It is your responsibility to review, edit, and verify all content before publishing.

Images. Stock featured images are sourced from Pexels, Pixabay, and Unsplash under their respective free-use licenses. Premium AI-generated images are created using third-party AI services. You are responsible for complying with the attribution requirements, if any, of stock image platforms.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content produced by the App is generated using artificial intelligence and automated processes. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information.
• The Company does not review or verify individual pieces of generated content.
• AI-generated text may inadvertently resemble existing published works.
• The quality, tone, and accuracy of generated content may vary.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing all content before publication.
• The Company is not liable for any consequences arising from the publication of AI-generated content, including but not limited to claims of plagiarism, defamation, or misinformation.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Produce spam, misleading content, or content intended to deceive
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures
• Resell or redistribute access to the App without written authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these acceptable use provisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of Nora Coaching. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the App itself beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and your active subscription plan.

All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed within the App are the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Nora Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or service interruptions caused by Wix, third-party API providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it from your Wix site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Content previously generated and published to your Wix blog will remain on your site unless you choose to remove it. Any outstanding subscription fees remain due in accordance with Wix's billing policies.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
